Ingredients

500g of dried spaghetti-style pasta

6 smoked bacon rashers

3 eggs

1/2 a cup of cream

2 tsp dried herbs

a handful of grated cheese

Method

Put the pasta  on to boil according to the instructions. Tip - add a splash of oil to the water and stir regularly to stop it from sticking together.

While the pasta is cooking, cut the bacon rashers into squares and fry.  Take off the heat when crispy.

Whisk the eggs and the cream together in a jug, plus the herbs and salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the pasta, and in a large frying pan add the bacon and egg mixture to the pasta. Cook over a medium heat for 1 minutes, tossing the pasta so that the sauce is evening mixed.

Serve in bowls with a sprinkle of cheese on top.
